These terms apply to your visit to Joy Skipper Harvest and your use of joyskipperharvest.live. By visiting the farm or this website, you agree to the terms below.
The farm is a working agricultural property. Uneven ground, livestock guardian dogs, irrigation lines, beehives, and farm equipment may be present. Visitors enter at their own risk and accept the conditions described in our Farm Rules.
Produce is sold by weight at the farmstand scale. U-pick produce must be weighed before leaving the property. Sampling a piece of fruit while picking is welcome and expected.
If any product is not what you hoped for, bring it back within 48 hours and we will refund or replace it gladly. We stand behind everything we grow and put on the shelf.
Orchard walks and seasonal experiences may be reserved by phone or email. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
All photography, copy, and design on joyskipperharvest.live are the property of the Skipper family. Please ask before using anything for commercial purposes — we're usually happy to say yes.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes at the farm or in the law. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
